Update not possible

Hi,

 

I have Affinity Photo Version 1.6.6 in use and want to Update my Mac-Version, but it doesn't work. No Update possible. Is there any other download possibility for the new Update?

Open the Mac App Store, go to the updates section (on top) and click the update button in front of the app's name in the list below. If the update isn't listed there, sign-out from the Mac App Store then sign-in again (with the same Apple ID used to buy the app) and check if the update already appears for you. Let me know if not.

Hi MEB, thanks for your reply. I now how it works, but the Message ist always the same: Update not possible with this Apple-ID.....

I tried every Apple ID I have.

Hi picturetom,

You must use the same Apple ID used to buy the application originally. Any other will not work.

Are you sure you are using the correct one? You can check you past purchases opening iTunes Account ▸ View My Account..., Purchase History (click the See All link in front of it and checking if you purchase is listed there. You have a dropdown on the top left to define a range/year to search for. If you can't find it i recommend you contact the Mac App Store Customer Service directly since we don't we don't have access to customers data/no way to help. All purchases made through the Mac App Store are managed by Apple.
