TerryBrooks61 Posted March 2, 2018 Posted March 2, 2018 Fairly new to Affinity so please bear with me v1.6.2.97, won't open the RAW files from either my Sony A7R II or my Nikon 1 J5 despite those cameras being listed in the supported list here: I am using the file - open method and simply dragging the file to Affinity, both give the same error ? Thanks in advance Quote

Staff Lee D Posted March 2, 2018 Staff Posted March 2, 2018 Can you try moving a few sample files to your Desktop and then try opening from within the app. If you have one installed also check to make sure another app can open the images, just to confirm they can be read. Quote
TerryBrooks61 Posted March 2, 2018 Author Posted March 2, 2018 Thanks for your help I think it may not be a raw profile problem but rather an antiviral program corrupting the files as I transfer them or a faulty micro sd card in my Surface Pro where I copied the files to Stupidly I had copied the files over and then deleted them on the camera's (doh) Had to use some file recovery software to at least retrieve the jpgs Quote
