evtonic3
Is there a way to edit a symbol? I can't find anything that makes this an obvious option to do. Usually an "edit symbol" function would open the symbol in its own canvas to be able to edit it.
Alfred
What are you trying to do that you can’t do by selecting the symbol content in the Layers panel? evtonic3
My symbol is inside a clipped shape and various layers, so if I just click inside to access the layers I don't get to see the inner working of the symbol to make the necessary adjustments. Plus I like to create uniform changes and not just the visible ones. Alfred
Alfred
Thanks for the clarification, Eduardo. Too complicated for me! evtonic3
LOL no problem. I hate to use the "I" word anymore on here, but their Edit Symbol is a good way to do what I want as it isolates only the symbol. Then you close that window and symbol updates "across the board".
