It is for the Mac version but I think it should also mostly apply to the Windows version. There is a search facility in the application's help (Help->Help....), though if you use the dark UI it may be hard to see it. It's right next to the two blue-ish arrows, and the cursor is placed in it when you open the help. If you search for straighten one of the results is for Cropping and Straightening.
