AD 1.6.3.9.9 crash on applying constraints

After applying constraints to the grouped object, it totally frozen and can never be opened again. The grouped object contains with only a curve object masked by another curve object.

 

before the crash: crash test.1.6.399.afdesign

I downloaded the file and wanted to try this. APh (beta and release) crash immediately after opening the file. So, I sort of can confirm that there is a problem

I have added another file before the crash for easy reproduce the problem.

Thanks. Yes, it works (not) = crashes as you describe in your first post.

I noticed in the past that there were quite some problems with constraints. I might be that this is already a known bug. I assume on monday, when everyone returns, someone can chime in.
