When I tap the share button in the "Photos" app, I should be able to copy the photo straight into affinity photo

Hi jacki3wrfsef,

Currently you can do it as long as you don't have a file already opened in Affinity Photo. If you do have one you have to close it first before using the Share button from a third party app. I already logged this.

Maybe we should copy the file to the Welcome Screen in background or close the (currently) opened file automaticaly and open the new one shared/send by the third party app. In any case this is already with the dev team for consideration.

Meb, I think hr refers to iOS photos sharing directly to Affinity Photo, which it does not (currently) do.

Jacki3.... You can drag and drop images from photos to AF when they are open side by side which achieves same thing.
