When i try to work on a picture in the Ipad app Photo and import it into AP the whole page is blanc, no pictures even though I have att least 100 pictures stored in the Photo app. I assume I am doing a beginners mistake, can anyone plz enlighten me. Paul Mudditt Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 Have you checked to see if there’s a software upgrade available for your iPad? Look under Settings - General - Software Update. DM1 Posted February 4, 2018 Posted February 4, 2018 Doesn’t sound like a mistake. When you tap Import from Photos, within the Affinity Photo app, the iOS Photos screen should open and display your photos. What version of iOS are you on. I have heard the beta 11.3 is causing problems with photo access. Quote M1 IPad Air 10.9/256GB lpadOS 17.1.1 Apple Pencil (2nd gen). Staff Lee D Posted February 5, 2018 Staff Posted February 5, 2018 Hi UlfR, Welcome to the forums. When you select Import from Photos within Affinity Photo, do you see your albums/images? If not check Settings > Photo and see if the Photos option is set to Read and Write. If they're RAW files, make sure the camera make and model are supported. Quote
