Substract Pixel Brush vom Vektor Shape

Hey,

 

I made a quick Illustration, which I need for an other Projekt.

All the green forms are vector shapes, just the Trees are Pixel Brushes.

 

Now I want to Substrat the red trees in in foreground from the rest of the Shapes.

So this area is transparent.

 

How can I do this?

Set the layer blendmode to erase ?

Are the red trees (just this ones) one or more separate layer? So set the blendmode (the top-dropdown in the layer sidepanel) for this/these layer(s) to erase (radieren) - you will see, what it does :-)
