free trial download not working

Hi,

 

I signed up for the affinity designer free trail yesterday and immediately started the download.  It was very slow so I left it overnight.  This morning the progress line had not moved and the expected remaining download time was a 3 days.  Is this normal??  

 

Im on a MacOs Sierra

version 10.12.6

No, it's not normal (or usual as far as i know).

Cancel the current download and try again. I've PM'ed (Personal Message) you an alternate link in case you still have problems downloading it.

same issue here. Re-start download will not work .. Downloads stops after about 2MB .. Thanks

What trial are you trying to download - Designer or Photo? And for what OS - Windows or Mac?

It may just be coincidental, but there were a couple of threads at the weekend about failed downloads (on both Windows and Mac):

For Affinity Photo free trial on windows 10 its showing affintiy-photo 1.9.2 (html files)

but for affinity designer and publisher its downloading the application 

why is it so I've tried to download the application many times but the problem still continues to occur

Instead of the application I am getting html files
