Windows processes

Just a question. When AP is running, it spawns a number of processes, as below. Is this correct?

I always see 2 Exiftool processes, whether I use Affinity Photo or Affinity Photo Beta.

The second is the process called by ExifTool as it is spawned to the %Temp% directory as a hierachyExifTool.jpg.f380be564dcc4da469daebe5c9e03891.jpg...
