befehr Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 Fonts display improperly (wrong font) when opening a Designer file in Affinity Photo on my iPad Pro. Are fonts imbedded in the file? Quote
Alfred Posted January 19, 2018 Posted January 19, 2018 The Affinity apps don't read embedded fonts. They need to be installed on the computer where you're running the app. What fonts have you used, and which version of iOS are you on? Are you running Designer on a Mac or a Windows PC? Thanks, Alfred. I was just missing one font. I substituted for another and it's fine. Alfred 1 Quote
Dan Cross Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 What if my preflight tells me I am missing a font I cannot find in actual use anywhere in the doc and is not listed in my Fonts Manager in either the Ipad or Desktop versions of Publisher? Quote

It could be: Used only on a Master Page, and one that is not applied to document pages. Specified as the font for a Text Frame that does not have any text in it. Or perhaps an Art Text layer that you never added any text to. What happens when you click on Fix, or double-tap that error message? One of those should take you to the first place that font is used.
