Just uploaded a couple of SRWs and OOC JPGs from my Samsung NX300. This one could be especially interesting since the particular SRW format the NX300 creates seems to be different from other Samsung RAW formats and Apple still doesn't support it.

DPReview specifically forbid the use of their images for this purpose, unfortunately.

Have you seen https://raw.pixls.us/ ?

They offer about 900 DNG, JPG and RAW files for free use at a CC0 (Public Domain, no rights reserved, even for commercial use, https://creativecommons.org/share-your-work/public-domain/cc0/). Just found them myself and thought of this thread... :)

Cool finding, comment at the bottom:

raw.pixls.us is used by darktable for regression testing of rawspeed and by RawTherapee. It is available for any projects that need access to a library of raw files.

Hi Mark

I've added some samples from Fuji Finepix X100 (Raw & OOC jpg) Olympus EM5 Mk1 (Raw & OOC jpg) and Olympus EM1 Mk1 (Raw Only).

Looking forward to finding out what the development work is for (Fingers crossed for a DAM!!)

And if you make a DAM, please make the window which contains the preview tiles dockable. This will allow the user:

1) to dock it to the centre to see many tiles at once.

2) to dock it as filmstrip to the bottom to place a large preview window to the centre for culling

It would also work with 1) only, but would not be that flexible.

Sent 3 photos, raw plus straight from camera jpgs from my Panasonic FZ150. One night, 2 day shots. Tried to pick something interesting for the programmers to look at. :)

Made an account just so I could do this, hope it helps.
