Jjudes
My Mac stopped operating this morning, and I’m having os reinstalled as we speak. Was wondering how I get to re download affinity designer and photo or will I find everything on my iCloud?
Staff DWright Posted January 16, 2018 Staff Share Posted January 16, 2018 Hi Jjudes, To reinstall your Affinity Designer and Photo on your Mac after reinstalling your OS all you will need to do is login to the App Store with the Apple ID that you used to purchase Affinity and they will be available to re-download from the purchased tab. Jjudes
Thank you, still waiting for Mac back, I only got the affinity designer book yesterday, so will still be able to do a few hours later this evening. Thanks for such a quick reply.
R C-R
You probably won't need to reinstall Affinity Designer after the OS reinstall finishes & you get back control of your Mac. Unless you erased or reformatted the startup drive, all your installed apps, your user preferences, & so on should be untouched & ready to use just as before without your having to do anything special.
