56_kruiser Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 In Photoshop a common process I do is have a photo that I drop another onto and then size and place. For example, maybe it's a picture of a furnished room, and I drop a picture of what is to represent a wall hanging. So in PS I would drop a ping on, resize it and press teh enter key and then place it. That process does not work the same way at all in Affinity Pro. Is there a way to accomplish what I'm trying to do? Any pointers appreciated. Quote
v_kyr Posted January 14, 2018 Posted January 14, 2018 Works the same here when the select tool is active instead of the hand tool. Alternatively you can also use the File->Place... menu entry. Drag to size and release the mouse. Done ! See the "Place" pointer, bottom right of new image. Alfred and 56_kruiser 2 Quote Windows PCs. Photo and Designer, latest non-beta versions.
56_kruiser Posted January 15, 2018 Author Posted January 15, 2018 Thanks guys. The Place option worked great. Quote
