Hi Phatman,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Place the cursor between the characters you want to adjust, press and hold ⌥ (option/alt) and use the arrow keys to adjust the kerning.

Alternatively go to menu View ▸ Studio ▸ Character to display the Character panel. The kerning is the first control on the top left of the Positioning and Transform section. The Tracking control is immediately below in case you need it.

 

Note: You can also open/access the Character panel pressing the Character button in the context toolbar with one of the text tools selected.

No you can edit PDF in Photo, works very well. I don't have In-Design so have to find alternative ways.

Everyday . . Everyday! - This will help me tons. Thanks Phatman.

As test, I just created a PDF from a WORD doco and have imported to AF and the Kerning also works in PC too.
