CJB
Hello, I am just getting started with Affinity Designer and there is one thing that I wish I could tweak. Hoping there is a solution. When I am working on a document on my Mac using my Magic Mouse... I end up with my doc flying off the screen.. ha ha.. well it moves around a lot. I guess the Apple mouse isn't the best to be using but it's what I have. Is there a way to lock the document to the center of the screen? Thanks for your help. Staff stokerg Posted January 10, 2018 Staff Share Posted January 10, 2018 Hi CJB and Welcome to the Forums, This topic has come up a few times and this thread has some interesting replies from MattP explaining this is a known issue with the Magic mouse and there isn't a great deal we can do about it CJB

Totally off topic: Back in the pre-OS X days when PPC Macs ran on the 'classic' Mac OS that supported a crude form of speech recognition, it required users to begin by saying an activation word so the system would try to interpret what followed as a voice command. I decided on "computer" as a tribute to Star Trek. I quickly learned that this did not work reliably unless I pronounced it using that same over-exaggerated fake Scottish accent!
