MrSkills
Hi, I was just practicing with AD again and came across something I found interesting. I was trying to make pennywise using Affinity Designer and with his facial features he has some pretty iconic Eyebrows, I tried to use a custom brush which looked like this --- but When I dragged the brush it came out like normal. I was wondering if I could make a custom brush or use a tool that did exactly how this brush appears. thank you
v_kyr
Do a search on the net and you will find a bunch of PS eyebrown brushes which you can import and alter/modify in AD to your needs (or just create your own custom one in AD). Just one link hit example here You may want to use an appropriate texture (PNG img), which resembles the form (shape) of the eyebrow ends here, if you build your own pixel brush with AD. MrSkills
Hi, thank you for responding. I was hoping to make my own brush so I can get to know AD a little more, but I'm not sure how I can make it start thick and end thin, could you please explain more on this? v_kyr
You best take a look at some explanatory brush creating videos here, which show several aspects of creating brushes and how to get specific shapes (thin, thick, pressure controlled).
