Oh no, I don't mind most American stuff. I just mean that I love any cheese except the American brand. I read that with a lot of preservatives it contains to make it last longer would not actually classify it as actual cheese but processed cheese. And I am quite the health freak, my friend. B|

IF you eat phactory phood with lots of preservatives, the undertaker will give your family a discount ... :D

The obvious question here is, “What’s wrong with Wensleydale?” ;)

As I was scrolling down reading the posts, I see what looks like a partially covered bouncing cheese. Then I scroll down more, then I see the cheese is split in two. Scroll down more, what?!

I can't get on board with Wensleydale. It's too damn crumbly. Sorry, Wallace.

Absolutely agree. I currently have 3 x 500g slabs of Cheese in my fridge....Cheddar, Stilton and my favourite Caerphilly Cheddar (and not just because I am Welsh).  I've tried various cheese across the world and much of it tastes processed and rubbery...not Cheese as I know it.

Look what I found! Wallace's Wheel of Fortune.

Riddle me this, riddle me that. When is a cheese wheel not a cheese wheel?

When it's a pie chart!
