The color picker doesn't show the eye dropper circle

Recommended Posts

When clicking on a shape/curve/text field, the option folor color appears, which is different from the one from the righ side vertical panel, which is always visible. So when going to the firstly mentioned color picker, the circle that represents the eye dropped doesn't exist. It exists however in the left side panel color picker.

Hey chris.bannu,

Do you mean the Fill dialog on the context toolbar at the top? The Colour Picker needs to be click+dragged as opposed to just left clicked to pick a colour. If that's not what you mean, can you provide a screenshot please?

Thanks :)

Ah, I see what you mean.

This is a bit tricky to answer because there is some discrepancy between the Windows and Mac versions when it comes to displaying the small circle. I've just had a chat with a few developers and they are going to take a look at this.

Basically, the circle should be there for some instances (such as HSL, Hue, Saturation and Lightness) but not necessarily for all of them. So you are right, it is indeed missing from some areas—thank you for raising this.
