The Color changes after export

Hallo,

I'am using Affinity Photo and everytime when I export a picture it changes the color. You can see it on the picture. In Affinty Photo I am using the color of the skin and after the export the biceps is pink. It would be very nice if someone could help me

Check the Colour Profile (More button in the Export dialog). Does it have the Embed ICC profile checked? Is the ICC profile dropdown set to Use document profile?

You're looking in the wrong place. Your screenshot shows the Preferences dialog, but the setting mentioned by @MEB is in the Export Settings dialog (accessed via the 'More...' button, as Miguel described).
