Opening Sinar eMotion 75 RAW files

I have a sinar eMotion 75 digital back and was quite excited when I saw that the raw files of this back were supported by Affinity Photo, since the format is pretty fringe as has next to no support without conversion into DNG by sinar tools - which only exist for MacOS (I'm working on Windows).

However, when I pop my CF card into the reader and navigate to the folder containing the files with FIle -> Open, the directoy tool says "No items match your search" when filtering for "All documents".

Turns out that if I change the file name to "*.*" and select a .IA file from the list, the file actually can be opened. Whitebalance is a bit off, but that's no biggie.

Is this a buglet in the File -> Open dialog when filtering for "All documents", or am I using the wrong tool/menu to open these files?

You're using the right menu, it's an oversight on our end and I've logged it with the developers to look into.
