Hi Team,

 

   Are there plans to get support for using Luminar 2018 plugins to work in Affinity Photo in future or they will never be compatible ?

We are working on improving plugin support as much as possible going forward however I can't say exactly if your plugin will be supported.

Hi Callum,

 

 I spoke with Scott Bourne who is the President of US Operations for Skylum Software, regarding the issues with the plugin not working.

 

He has requested for the SDK of Affinity photo so that they can look into the issue.

 

Can you let me know how we can pass the same to them. I hope they can look into the same if the issue is not at Affinity Photo side.

One of the Affinity developers has stated in the past there is no SDK for the Affinity apps & that getting third party plugins to work with them sometimes requires direct collaboration between the plugin & Affinity developers. I assume that is still true.
