Welcome to the forums.
Once you have downloaded the ZIP file (this process depends on your browser/setup) you can use whatever ZIP extraction tools are on your machine (you didn’t say which OS) to extract the LUT files from the ZIP.
Once you have extracted the LUT files you can then load the necessary LUT file (with file extension .cube) via the “Load LUT” button in the LUT adjustment dialog.
(You don’t add LUTs to the Affinity applications, you just load them into the adjustments where needed.)
