Inpainting Brush doesn't work

Hey, im at a pixel layer and cant use the inpainting brush... the protocoll says i use it but i doesn't. I choosed green and blue as color abd controlled the blend modes they're all at normal, i also reinstalled it. Please help.

Do you have the layer selected in the Layers panel? It should be highlighted in blue. Also check the Opacity and Flow controls in the context toolbar. Are they set to 0%? If so you have to increase them. Just to be sure, you are referring to the tool highlighted below correct?

Ups sorry im German i translated it wrong i mean the painting brush, but anyway it still doesnt work :'D and yes the Opacity and Flow are at 100%. The Layer is also selected.

Hi Rickyro,

If it's the Paint Brush Tool you are talking about check if Protect Alpha is ticked in the context toolbar. If so, untick it.

If this still doesn't solve the issue can you please post a screen capture of the application window with the tool selected and the Layers panel visible please?

Are you kidding me now it works thank you. I tried everything yesterday :'D
