noregistration accepted and no email to finalise my download of purchased 'affinity photo'

Recommended Posts

i require an email to get my order finalized and product key to complete download on purchased affinity photo made today. My first log on to purchase required a registration which was duly done but because i had to restart my computer to complete the required action i lost the key and when i went back to affinity it would not recognize my password. I do not fancy phoning from australia and waiting on a costly line to get a direct answer to my problem.

Neil Land,

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

You should have received an email from the Affinity Store when you purchased the software for Windows. I suspect that you mistyped your email address when buying the software, it's not uncommon.

Please email affinitysupport@serif.com explaining how you paid and we can find your account for you

Mr Land,

As I suspected you did not type your email address correctly when you bought the software. You used e********f@gmail.com not e*******fl@gmail.com.

If you log in here https://affinity.store/account using your password and your email address without the 'l' before the @, then you can change your email address for future orders. You can see the product key and email address pair here https://affinity.store/account/downloads  and this order will need to be installed using the email address as you typed it when you ordered (without the 'l') as the product key is tied to it.
