neil land Posted December 17, 2017 Posted December 17, 2017 (edited) i require an email to get my order finalized and product key to complete download on purchased affinity photo made today. My first log on to purchase required a registration which was duly done but because i had to restart my computer to complete the required action i lost the key and when i went back to affinity it would not recognize my password. I do not fancy phoning from australia and waiting on a costly line to get a direct answer to my problem. Edited December 17, 2017 by neil land to further explain my predicament. Quote
Staff Patrick Connor Posted December 17, 2017 Staff Posted December 17, 2017 Neil Land, Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. You should have received an email from the Affinity Store when you purchased the software for Windows. I suspect that you mistyped your email address when buying the software, it's not uncommon. Please email affinitysupport@serif.com explaining how you paid and we can find your account for you Quote Patrick Connor Serif Europe Ltd Latest V2 releases on each platform Help make our apps better by joining our beta program! Staff Patrick Connor Posted December 18, 2017 Staff Posted December 18, 2017 Mr Land, As I suspected you did not type your email address correctly when you bought the software. You used e********f@gmail.com not e*******fl@gmail.com. If you log in here https://affinity.store/account using your password and your email address without the 'l' before the @, then you can change your email address for future orders. You can see the product key and email address pair here https://affinity.store/account/downloads and this order will need to be installed using the email address as you typed it when you ordered (without the 'l') as the product key is tied to it.
