Add menu items to Macro

Recommended Posts

In Photoshop it is possible, when creating an action, to insert a menu item. This takes the production of macros or actions to a whole new level and allows you to create all kinds of things that are currently unavailable in Affinity. Do you think it would be possible to add this functionality?

Thanks

The Macros support keyboard shortcuts so if you assign a shortcut to the menu option you want it should work

(providing that function is actually supported within a macro)

First check if the menu item you want to execute already has a shortcut assigned to it.

If it does write it down

If not assign a new (unused) shortcut to it and write it down

When you record your macro, at the point where you want to execute the menu item, just type/use the shortcut keys you wrote down previously.
