As I use a neutral gradient regularly, I have been frustrated by Affty photo's apparent inability to save the settings for this tool so that I am having to reset it at every session. Surely there must be a way to do this, but I cannot find it.

I also find it not a simple task to set up the grad.(Its much easier in Photoshop, and easily savable!) I have watched the video numerous times, but it goes so quickly its difficult to take in. Also I just purchased the workbook hoping for some enlightenment, but it does not give the step by step outline I was hoping for. Many other good things in there, but lacking in this respect I'm sorry to say.

Hope you can help.

Hi mbod47

Gradients are quite simple to apply using the gradient or fill tool. If you wish to save a specific gradient to use in future you can save the fill as a colour swatch and then apply that swatch to other objects. Here are a series of topics from the help which may be able to aid you
