Septimus
I am trying to tone map a panorama image made up of 5 images processed through Affinity Photo panorama but when I put it into the tone mapping persona nothing happens. I just see the same image and neither slider affects the image. I can try with individual files and there is no problem. Is it due to file size? Any suggestions welcome
Septimus
Just tried saving it first as a jpg and then using that in Tone mapping persona and that works

John Rostron
You could always try the Affinity cure-all: Layer > Rasterize! Quote Windows 10, Affinity Photo 1.10.5 Designer 1.10.5 and Publisher 1.10.5 (mainly Photo), now ex-Adobe CC CPU: AMD A6-3670. HVDB Photography
If this are 5 high resolution images it can take a while or even cause to hang the app (on a slow computer) Quote Affinity Photo 2.3.1 Laptop MSI Prestige PS42 Windows 11 Home 23H2 (Build 22631.3007) - Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz 2.00 GHz - RAM 16,0 GB
HVDB Photography
I did the test. I used 3 RAW files of ± 21 MB each to create a panorama. On my system (specs in my SIG) it took almost 15 minutes to open the generated panorama (7654 x 3487 px = 26.6 MB) in the Tone Mapping Persona !!! Septimus
Tried again to load the pano in Tone map and it loaded without problem and I was able to adjust it. Took about a minute. Strange.
