Not being offered update to Affinity Photo 1.6.2

Today we were at our regular tutoring session about Affinity Photo.   We were offered update to 1.6.2 and duly updated.  I came home and expected the

same to happen on my home PC  - but no,  it seems happy with version 1.6.1.93.   I then went  to Help>Welcome, etc, etc  but no there is no clear option.  Usually a program has a Help> Update option

but not Affinity Photo.  Maybe there is another way that I am missing??

The 1.6.2 update was for a minor script change to the Welcome screen links and as there was no changes to the program since the 1.6.1.93 version and therefore it does not trigger the update available message.
