Nivrams
I Exported this AD file as a PDF. The date was transformed into lower case letters. A lot can be don with AD. Doing simple things (like selecting anchor points) is tedious. But I'll settle right now to find out what happened to my numerals. I will place the numbers in Quark. But how did this happen?Menorah 3C art.pdfMenorah 3C art.pdfMenorah 3C art.pdfMenorah 3C art.pdfMenorah 3C art.pdfMenorah 3C art.pdf Menorah 3C art.afdesign
Fixx
I cannot replicate the problem but then I do not have the exact same font. Did you try with another typeface and then switch back to Bodoni Black? My guess is that AD and your font are somehow not compatible. May be one time glitch also. R C-R
When I open the .afdesign file I get a notice that the "BodonDBla" font is missing from my computer. The few references I can find to a font with that exact name suggests that the font originally used may be some unusual variant of the Bodoni Black typeface. So it might help if the OP could provide more info about the source of the font originally used, like a link to a site where it could be downloaded or purchased. Nivrams
Thanks, guys. I saved the file as an EPS, imported into Quark xPress, the PDF was fine. It may still be the typeface, but it may also be AD.
