simdeblanko Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 Hello. I have noticed that strokes are different after expanding. I attached photos before and after. Why is this so? Best Regars sim Quote
Staff MEB Posted December 11, 2017 Staff Posted December 11, 2017 Hi simdeblanko, Welcome to Affinity Forums We are aware of a few issues with the expand stroke command, particularly when expanding small objects (which leads to some "deformation" of the original shape). If you enlarge you object (or work at a larger scale) expand it then scale it down the same factor you should get a better (more accurate) result. We do hope to improve the code and fix this and other issues in a future update when possible. Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
simdeblanko Posted December 11, 2017 Author Posted December 11, 2017 ok. I understand. It is a pitty because i wanted to buy the Designer. I am a new user and i installed trial version. Working with this error is not for me. I will be waiting till you improve this error. I keep fingers crossed I must try also Affinity Photo. Best Regards Simon Quote
