Claiming free UI Kit / macro pack doesn't work

Hi, I just purchased Affinity Photo and Designer through the Windows 10 store and wanted to claim the free UI Kit and macro pack. 

I clicked on the welcome panel and was directed to the website. I created a new account but after clicking on "place order" I get the error message: "This basket has already been used."

I can't find them on my account page either so my question is if this free offer is also available for the Windows 10 app?

I'm in same situation. I bought both app on Windows store but claim link upon opening app didn't work "basket already been used".

I've just bought Affinity Designer and had exactly the same issue.

Just purchased Affinity Photo through the Windows Store and I'm experiencing this same issue. (Create new account, attempt to place order, but get "This basket has already been used" error.)

FYI, the least positive review (3 stars) on the Windows Store is about the very same thing.

Well that one too opens in german for me, but maybe it does a lang specific redirection here.

For me, too. Very strange! Anyway, there’s a flag at the bottom of the page, and clicking on that allows you to choose a different country/language.

OK, I was able to use the link but the download was only for the UI Kit for Designer. However, I bought Affinity Photo and need to download the free Macro Pack, Is there a link for that?

Googled "free macro pack for affinity photo" and found this link for download (United States) https://affinity.serif.com/free-macro-pack/signup/

Was able to download macro pack after signup.
