photo workbook, color replacement brush tool missing

wanted to look up something for this tool, but there is no mention about this tool in the workbook.

I'm not sure the book is supposed to cover every feature of the program since it's mostly a project based book with a chapter dedicated to cover program's features rather than a manual detailing each one of them (i've not received mine yet). In any case you can find information about the Color Replacement Brush Tool in the Help file here.
