lkas
Hi, I have downloaded and installed Affinity Photo Force Macro Pack Vol.1. I followed the instructions PDF in the folder and installed the Macros via the library panel. My problem is using them. I open the photo I want to apply them to and select the layer then in the library panel I click the macro I want, sometimes it works most times it doesn't. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hi DWright, Thanks for your reply, It's not any of the macros in particular. I have a photo open and I wanted to go through the macros to see all the different effects they have on the photo. I would click on any of them and nothing would happen, then I'd try a different one and nothing, maybe after a few goes one might work. The only ones I've got to work so far are all 3 of the distortions, hazy days from image styles and edge burn from light leaks. But for example if I get hazy days to work on the image and after seeing what it looks like I decide not to use it and cancel to try a different one they won't work, even if I go back and try to apply hazy days again it won't work. It seems to be very random and has me puzzled, my affinity photo and designer are working perfectly other than that. Thanks for your help. Staff MEB Posted December 7, 2017 Staff Share Posted December 7, 2017 Hi Ikas, Welcome to Affinity Forums I'm seeing the same issue here. Seems sometimes the click isn't detected - it only highlights the macro in the Macros panel. If you click multiple times it will end up applying the macro. Seems sometimes the click isn't detected May I ask which OS version you are using & if you are using the retail version of AP or a beta? I ask because as best as I can tell I do not have this issue, running the OS & AP version listed in my sig. DavidMac
I have had this problem ever since macros were introduced and reported it long ago. I don't know if you are experiencing the same thing but it occurs only when I try to launch a macro by clicking with my Wacom pen. A mouse click works every time. Odd .........
