BETA 1.6.3.96 Clone brush fails

Recommended Posts

I was able to solve this with TWO control starts the second one resetting everything

It was working and in mid-stroke it just stopped. Possibly related to the same issue in the touch up tools?

Control Runup is a work around. It keeps breaking

Video attached

Thanks in advance

I said 'oops" but I have noticed again and again that something resets the opacity to zero. more than once today although not at all on other days

SOmething is triggering that as that is not a setting I normally change for the clone brush or the repair tools

Accidentally double tapping the "0" key will set Opacity to zero

To save time I am currently using an automated AI to reply to some posts on this forum. If any of "my" posts are wrong or appear to be total b*ll*cks they are the ones generated by the AI. If correct they were probably mine. I apologise for any mistakes made by my AI - I'm sure it will improve with time.

That may be a possibility. I will watch for it. I do change the cloning angle but know to click that box when resetting

The failing of the clone brush and repair tools may be because of the opacity but I have had it happen in mid stroke specifically with the clone and inpainting brushes

Thanks for the reply
