unable to upgrade

Hi,

I purchased Affinity photo and designer about two years ago.

I have since changed my email and phone number.

I am unable to update as Affinity sends control numbers to my old phone number.

 

Please advise on how I should proceed to resolve this glitch

Welcome to the forums,

 

Are you using the Mac or Windows versions? What exactly do you mean by control numbers? As far as I'm aware we don't send anything to you via mobile number.
