VintageViking Posted December 1, 2017 Share Posted December 1, 2017 I bought the Photo workbook last week, but no e-mail about it being shipped. The status online is listed as "Completed". What does this designation relate to? Just the purchase or that the book has been shipped? Or worse - Delivered (which means trouble)? When order placed was given this notice: "Your order is in stock and will be on its way soon. We will email you to let you know when it has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered to:" I am in the U.S.A and was told it would be delivered in 5-7 days. I understand if they received a large amount of orders and are backlogged however Affinity some communication would be appreciated. I also ordered on the 24th of November, waiting for an e-mail. USA here. I'm sure they got hammered on that sale. I will wait a few more days before I try to reach Affinity about it. The invoice order page said "Estimated delivery 5-7 business days for UK, Europe and US orders." So for me, it has not yet been 5 business days & even after 7 the page says it is only an estimate, so I am not surprised I have not yet gotten any confirmation that it has been 'dispatched' (or 'shipped' as we say in the US) from whatever US location they use for distribution of physical products. The longest I've know a customer have to wait is six weeks.
