Hello Everyone,
I bought Affinity for Mac, but have now realized that the computer that I need to install it on from my daughter only has Windows, can I somehow still download the program with my username and email?

Thanks for the help!!

Hi sjhm,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

I'm not sure to which username and e-mail you are referring to, but if you meant the ones used for this forum, no, they can't be used to download the Windows version from the Serif Store. These accounts are not linked in any way. In any case each platform requires its own license, so if you are not interested in the Mac version you have to request a refund through Apple Support since the Mac App Store is managed by Apple not us. To do it click this link, sign in with you Apple ID then click Report a Problem button in front of the app you bought.

To acquire a license for Windows just buy it through the Affinity Store. A new account will be created for you if you haven't bough anything from there previously (the Windows versions ot the Affinity Designer/Photo Workbooks) nor have claimed the extras with the latest update to version 1.6.
