Issue with image when swapping between PC screens (Windows)

Recommended Posts

When working at home i have a couple of screens to use (laptop and external monitor). They are of different resolutions.

If I have affinity open on the lower resolution screen and move the application (or image window) to the laptop screen the image changes as shown in the attachments.

Ctrl-0 leaves the second image as shown.

Pressing Tab doesn't change it.

If I drag the application back to the original screen the image goes back to normal (1st attachment).

If I close all open images within Affinity, move the application window down to the higher resolution screen and then re-open the image - it works fine.

In this instance if I move the application from the higher resolution screen back to the lower resolution screen it works without issue, although if I drag the window back down to the higher rs screen - the issue comes back.

Is this something I should be able to avoid?

How do I reset the image once moved to be 'normal' again? (without closing and re-opening the images)
