aaronvan Posted February 11, 2015 Posted February 11, 2015 It looks like it supposed to do this similarly to photoshop cause a + sign comes up when I drag over it but it does not duplicate the layer.
Ridgerider Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 I concur with this comment/bug. I cannot duplicate a layer by dragging it to the New Layer icon as you can in Photoshop.
