Albo Posted November 26, 2017 Posted November 26, 2017 Guides are activated but when I pull one in from the ruler I can't it on a white background. It is very thin and it shows up on my orange background. Any way of changing guide color ? Quote iMac mid-2017 3,6 Ghz / 32G

Albo Posted November 26, 2017 Author Posted November 26, 2017 Yes. Show guides is checked. For some reason it now works. Sometimes it does and then it doesn't I'll trash preferences and see if it fixes it. Thank you. Quote iMac mid-2017 3,6 Ghz / 32G
Snakehead Posted March 15, 2018 Posted March 15, 2018 (edited) Found that in Affinity Designer but it could also work in Photo: I've got the same problem and I do not want to restart my Mac because of all the Daemon running on it. But I found a simple solution: Under → View → Configure Guides (I am working with german UI) I created a new horizontal guide (position 1px) and then I deleted this guide immediately. After this procedure Affinity Designer showed the guides again. This modal windows is also a good control instrument. Hope this helps Edited March 15, 2018 by Snakehead gramatical mistake Quote
