Affinity Photo Update

Hi, I bought AP very early on, possibly direct from Affinity rather that the app store. My current version is 1.4 and want to upgrade to the latest version. I cannot see any update option in the app store and there is no update menu item. Can you tell me how to go about it please?

Run the Mac App Store, go to the Updates tab on top then click the Update button in front of Affinity Photo on the list below.

Hi MEB, it says no updates available. I've updated Affinity Designer recently so I know it should work. I'm at a loss :-)

Hi Ceolmar,

Try the following:

- press ⌘ (cmd) + R to refresh the Updates page

If the updates still don't appear:

- sign out of the Mac App Store, then sign-in again

If it also fails:

- drag the application from the applications folder to the Trash and empty it, then reinstall the app again from the Mac App Store. It will install the latest version.

Corking! AP was listed as purchased in the app store but not installed for some strange reason. Re-installed and working fine - many thanks.
