A small scene that I'm working on, whenever I have some spare time.

There is a deeper story to this scene...maybe someday this will turn into a one issue comic. haha.

Anyways, I made this one in Affinity Design and added a little bit over color cast in Pixelmator (I could have done this of course also in AD, but I just got a free copy of Pixelmator and decided to try it out.)

Cheers,

Mike

That's AWESOME! :) Looking forward to seeing where this goes! (it's not going to end very well for the hairdresser about to cut the electric cable!!!)

Exactly =))))) The electric eel is eagerly awaiting its prey, too.

Looks great. Plenty of detail to keep the viewer engaged, looks like there's going to be a lot of accidents happening! Really like the angle and perspective you used here. Awesome work.....

This is so very interesting! The line style and color scheme reminds me of this show called King of the hill. I love that show. IS that Louanne with the scissors? haha

Hahaha, ronnie absolutely spot on again.

As for the picture itself, classy...pure product placement, for the 1990s MTV generation. This is very subliminal.

Here comes the science bit.

Hairdresser+electric(?)eel in tank+risk of electrocution+hair products=SHOCKWAVES (a WELLA brand). :D  :D

Love this work, all the detail without clutter, little things like the paint peeling at the bottom of the wall, and I LOVE those blue shoes!
