Preview & Output Options not showing

I am in the selection persona using Refine Selection.  The only options showing are Adjustment/Width.   In a video I saw, there were preview/adjustment/width/output options available.

 

How can I display all four options?

There should be a small white arrow on the right of the context toolbar on bottom. Tap on it to see the additional options.
