removing object from Green Screen

Hello

 

New to affinity what is the cleanest way to remove kiddos from green screen in affinity?  Selection and then clean up with eraser?

I assume you mean you want to remove the green screen background, leaving the children on a layer of their own & not the other way around. If so, select the green screen with the Selection Brush Tool or Flood Select Tool, use Select > Refine Edges... as needed to clean up the selection, & then delete it.
