Geopence
When I make the background of a photo invisible and then export it as a PNG file the exported image has a white background, not an invisible background. What am I doing wrong?

Geopence
Yes, I have that checked. It still exports with a white background and not a transparent background. Thanks for asking.

As @toltec said, the background is transparent in the PNG file you uploaded. I suspect you were viewing it with an app or utility that displays it in a window with a white background, so the transparency was not obvious. I don't use Windows but for Macs examples would be the "Quick Look" feature & Finder. I was fooled by the lack of a checkerboard background when I exported the image to the desktop of my iMac. The amount of time I wasted with this issue could be counted in hours. You were so kind to spend the time to help me with this issue. Oh, by the way, the time differential between Belgium and Utah sent me to bed... it was 2:00 AM here when I answered your previous reply. Please forgive the lag between your solution and my recognition of that fact. It is not a reflection of my sincere appreciation.
