undercaffeine Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 (edited) * RESOLVED * I bought Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo by Apple's App Store but I don't think that I have an Affinity Account because when I try to log in or when I try to get another password by "forget my password" the message is that I don't have an account with that email. So for example to claim the included content, if you don't have an account you should use "New to Affinity" in the basket. Serif do not know anything about Apple Mac App Store customers. Those sales are Apples sales. We are not informed about them so have no pre-existing accounts for any Mac sales.
