Chazzy Posted November 10, 2017 Share Posted November 10, 2017 I have updated to Affinity Photo on my mac to version 1.6.6 and tried to open preferences but it crashes the program, Im running High Sierra on a Macbook pro, any suggestions? i have rebooted my mac but still does it. Staff MEB Posted November 10, 2017 Staff Share Posted November 10, 2017 Hi Chazzy, Welcome to Affinity Forums Launch Affinity Photo with ctrl held down (until a dialog appears) then remove the ticks for Don't restore window and documents and Reset Studio. Leave only Clear User Defaults checked and press Clear. This should fix the preferences issue.
