What's the key combination to quickly change the size of paint brush in windows version affinity photo?

You can also use the mouse.

 

Press the Alt key, then the Right mouse button then the Left  mouse button and drag left or right to resize the brush or move the mouse up or down to change the brush hardness.

 

Once you press the left mouse button and start to drag, you can release the Alt key and the Right mouse button. The size will continue to change until you release the left button.

Windows PCs. Photo and Designer, latest non-beta versions.

It shows the Mac version though. Windows works as I described, above.
